Mechanical wear induces slack, making adjustments to original specifications difficult and compromising breaker performance. Tufloc fiber bushings, featured on MagneBlast mechanisms manufactured before 1964, are subject to chipping and excessive wear in severe application units. New aluminum/copper (Al/Cu) bushings from Parts Super Center return the mechanism to spec and provide superior life, as compared to Tufloc fiber bushings.
